About These Terms
Sanchi Industrial Power Solution facilitates the quotation, supply and support of chargers manufactured by Axonify Tech Systems Pvt. Ltd. The commercial conditions below are Axonify manufacturer terms supplied to us for customer orders.
Your accepted quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice and other written order documents form part of the agreement. If an order document contains a more specific condition, that written condition applies to that order.
Axonify Scope of Supply
Axonify's scope of supply is limited to:
Design, manufacturing and routine testing of the product in accordance with applicable IS requirements
Packing and forwarding
Buyer’s Scope
Unless a written quotation expressly includes an item, the buyer is responsible for:
Electrical work for the input power supply, including the MCCB panel, cabling and cable terminations
Civil foundation, stand or pedestal, earthing, canopy and other civil work
Unloading and unpacking the charger at the site
Network connectivity, including a SIM card, LAN cable or other required connection
Cleaning air filters as stated in the operation manual to help prevent dust-related failures
Any site work that Sanchi separately agrees to provide will be described and priced in the written quotation.
Price Basis and Offer Validity
Prices are ex-works, Hyderabad, and remain firm during the agreed delivery period
The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of the offer
Taxes and Payment
GST applies at the prevailing rate at the time of dispatch
50% of the order value is payable with the purchase order
The remaining 50% is payable against the proforma invoice before dispatch
Delivery
The delivery schedule will be discussed and mutually agreed based on the requirement. Site readiness and completion of the agreed payment obligations are the buyer’s responsibility unless the order documents state otherwise.
Warranty and Support
Axonify provides a 24-month warranty from the date of supply for manufacturing defects
The Axonify smart socket carries a one-year warranty
Contact Sanchi by phone, WhatsApp or email for support. We will collect the relevant order and fault details and coordinate the warranty request with Axonify. Warranty coverage is assessed against the product, order records and manufacturer documentation.
Product Use and Maintenance
The buyer must operate and maintain the charger according to the product and operation manuals. This includes keeping required ventilation and air filters clean and reporting faults promptly rather than opening or modifying the charger without authorisation.
Website Information
Website content is general product guidance. Final specifications, quantities, responsibilities, price and delivery conditions are confirmed only in the written quotation and order documents. Product specifications may be updated by the manufacturer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update the website version of these terms when the manufacturer’s conditions change. A confirmed order continues to follow the written terms accepted for that order.
