AC: the Atom AC Wallbox and Destination Chargers use Type 2 guns (IEC 62196) with a 5 meter cable, and the Smart Socket has an industrial socket (IEC 60309). DC: our DC fast chargers use the CCS2 connector (IEC-62196-3) with a 5 meter cable. The 30kW model has one gun; the 60kW, 120kW, 180kW, 240kW and 360kW models have two.
Yes, the two-gun models can. The power is shared: on the 60kW model, for example, each gun gets up to 30kW when both are in use, and one vehicle alone can draw up to 60kW (based on vehicle demand).
The AC Wallbox and Destination Charger are rated IP54 and our DC fast chargers IP55, so they are protected against dust and water and suit open parking. The AC Smart Socket (IP42) is best in covered parking. We confirm the right spot and protection during the site check.
A 3-phase 415V supply. The load depends on the model, from 32 kVA for the 30kW charger to 252 kVA for the 240kW charger. Our site check tells you whether your supply can take it.
Yes. The AC Wallbox works with an RFID card or the Atom EV app, and the AC Destination Charger adds OCPP 1.6J. The DC chargers support RFID cards, Auto Charge and a mobile app, connect over WiFi, Ethernet or 4G, and work with charging software through OCPP 1.6J for remote monitoring.
